Local and Experienced
Gary and Gin, lifelong residents of the Denver Lake Norman area, were born and raised in Denver, North Carolina. They previously built The Terraces, an active adult community located just north of Denver. This community was completed and sold out in 2007 with 125 homes.
Gin's parents, Lee and Marion Cherry, previously owned the land that is now 3 Cherry Way. After their passing, Gin and Gary purchased the property thinking it would be the ideal place for a 55 Plus community.
The Dellinger's have modeled the home amenities after what they would want in their own home. Homes include: finished garages, humidifier systems, energy efficient appliances, rounded corners, lever door handles, walk-in showers and low maintenance brick exteriors!

Licensed in NC under their company Dellinger Investment Builders (DIB), they pride themselves on providing superior quality and craftsmanship in every home they build, that will not only last a lifetime, but far beyond!
With 40 years experience in construction, Tim is happy to walk you thru the building process and answer any questions you have. Native to the area, he's happy to share the best fishing and camping locations.
Raised in Denver, then living all over, Cammie is the first to say how welcoming Lake Norman residents are. She enjoys the intricacies of the building process and the diversity of people attracted to 3 Cherry Way.
Leah is also a NC native and lake lover. She has extensive experience in sales and recruiting. She's a people person and always happy and excited to help new residents with the area.
