"On our first look at 3 Cherry Way we liked it and knew it could work for us. We did however, do our homework and looked at other communities before deciding. On our second visit to 3 Cherry Way, we picked out a lot, signed a contract to build, and were given a closing date about 7.5 months out. It was a pleasure working with the entire staff throughout the entire process, and despite some of our friends telling us we would need to extend our apartment rental " at least a month or more ", we closed right on schedule and moved in that same day.
