The Pavilion  A 3000+ square feet Pavilion will be built in a prominent location within the Community of 3 Cherry Way for all to enjoy. The Pavilion, named in honor of Lee and Marion Cherry, original owners of the 50 acre site, will provide multi function areas for the active "55 Plus adult. A warm and inviting card room is planned for the center in which neighbors and friends can enjoy cards, or dealer's choice of course!. A billiard and game room will be the perfect spot for fun and a little friendly competition among the community residents. The fitness center will be fully equipped with the latest state of the art equipment. Relaxing with neighbors and enjoying special functions will be an easy task in the modern Gathering Room, complete with fireplace, and a large kitchen area.
